Proof of Insurance Required for Accident and Breakdown Service

Attention CG United Policyholders,

To ensure the timely delivery of our Accident and Breakdown Service, proof of insurance is required at the time assistance is requested.

Policyholders must be able to present a valid:

Certificate of Insurance, or

Cover Note

These documents should be kept in your vehicle or stored on your mobile device for easy access when needed. Make sure these documents are easy to find if you require help.

If you require your insurance documents to be reissued electronically, please contact us and a member of our team will assist.

Biometric Screenings

November 28, 2022 by wellnesscontrib

Our Biometric Screenings are available annually for our CG Wellness Enterprise group members and can highlight the need for attending an annual physical with your primary care physician. We capture diabetes risk, cardiovascular data, body composition, and blood pressure, giving our clients the ability to make informed decisions with their health and well-being.

The feedback from members has been overwhelmingly positive, noting all the detailed information that was provided, the easy and quick way to do a personalized checkup, and the friendly and professional staff.

Interested in learning more about our Biometric Screening Program? Learn the six essentials to taking part in a screening, and don’t forget you can always stay up-to-date with our dedicated page.

In 2026, we encourage you to consider biometric screening. Not sure where to start? Reach out to your wellness champion, group administrator, or local CG Wellness coordinator for more information, or fill out the form on our Biometrics Page.

*Screening events are subject to company eligibility.
