We wish to advise you that before a payment can be made online, you will be required to confirm your renewal with any member of our Underwriting team at 246 430 1900 so it can be processed.

During this time, you can also advise of any changes made to your insured asset, or if you have any updated valuations or assessments. Please allow one business day for processing before proceeding to attempt payment.

What's New

1. Easy, Secure Access: To ensure the highest level of security and an improved user experience, all clients must register for a new account before accessing the portal. Registration is quick and easy! Your client ID number will be required. You can find this on your renewal notice.

2. Policy Details Visibility: It is now easier to determine which of your home and motor policies are due for payment! All policyholders can now view the payment details for their policies which have premium payments pending.

3. Payment Confirmation Emails: For an improved payment experience, customers will receive a confirmation email with all the details of each payment made.

Pay Claims Excess Online

Payment of claims excess can also be made via the portal. Please contact our Claims team at 246 430 1900 to confirm your claim excess and/or depreciation before making a payment online.

Avid golfers invest a lot of time and money into getting the right gear for their game. To keep these valued items safe, we provide coverage tailored just for golfers. This policy covers your gear, while also offering coverage in the case of accidental damage caused to third parties while you are on the course.

Accidents can happen. That’s why it’s essential to provide financial security for you and your loved ones should you suffer bodily injury as a result of an accident. Our Personal Accident Insurance Policy will provide you with a weekly income if your injury results in you temporarily being unable to work.

What's covered in CG Golfer's Insurance

Public Liability

Accidental bodily injury to third parties or damage to their property caused by the Insured whilst playing or practising golf on a golf course. We will also pay: 

  • All costs and expenses incurred by any claimant from the insured.
  • Legal costs and all other costs incurred with the written consent of the company.
  • Subject to territorial limits of the Policy during the period of insurance

Personal Accident

Bodily injury to the Insured occurring on any golf course:

  • Compensation for death, or loss of sight in one or both eyes, or loss of one or more limbs, within 12 months of the accident.
  • Temporary total disablement for up to 104 weeks from the date of the accident.
  • Accidental bodily injury caused by violent and external means.

Subject to territorial limits of the Policy and age limit of over 16 and under 70 years

Golfing Equipment

Coverage includes clubs, bags, golf trolleys and umbrellas lost or damaged by any accident or misfortune whilst in transit to or from a golf course or whilst at any golf club within the Territorial Limits of the Policy. Benefit applicable whilst playing in a competition or friendly game on any recognised golf course within the Territorial Limits (up to specified limits)

Excludes: Wear and tear or deterioration and loss of golf balls (unless contained in the bag at the time of loss)

Personal Effects

Coverage protects against loss of or damage to the personal effects (including wearing apparel) of the insured by fire or theft or any attempted theft while the property is located in the clubhouse. Cover includes wearing apparel but excludes watches, jewellery, furs, trinkets, medals, coins, money, securities or stamps (up to specified limits).  Small Hole in One Cover is also offered within the territorial limit.
