PRIZES
The Grand Prize is two tickets to Miami plus US$500 spending money.
NB: The prize covers the cost of tickets for two adults to fly directly from Barbados to Miami for a period of 7 days only. Additionally, US$500 will be provided as spending money. Other travel expenses, meals and accommodation are not included.
HOW TO PLAY
Persons simply need to purchase a new travel policy during the period June 24, 2024 to September 30, 2024, for a chance to win the grand prize.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To enter the contest, participants agree that they are bound by the following rules:
- All participants must be residents of Barbados and 18 years old or older at the time of entry.
- Standard underwriting criteria and procedures will apply and take precedence.
- This promotion is only open to private individuals seeking insurance coverage for personal travel.
- Each new travel policy taken out during the promotion period will allow the policyholder to be eligible for a chance to win the grand prize.
- There is no limit on the number of policies a person can purchase during the campaign period as long as the travel is completed by the end of 2024.
- By entering this promotion, policyholders agree to the use of their names and images for publicity purposes throughout various media channels.
- Policyholders’ accounts must be in good standing at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prizes. (i.e. premium paid in full or account up-to-date based on payment plan arrangements).
- The promotion runs from July 08, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Entries close at 4:30pm on September 30, 2024.
- Prize consists of the cost of two adult tickets for direct travel from Barbados to Miami for seven (7) days only and US$500. Other travel costs, meals and accommodation are not included.
10. Travel must be undertaken within one (1) year of the date of notification of the prize.
11. The Prize Draw will take place on or before October 7, 2024.
12. Winners will be contacted via email to notify them of their winnings and how to collect their prize.
- All prizes become null and void if unclaimed by 4:30 pm on November 01, 2024.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be traded in or otherwise redeemed for cash or any monetary value. CG United Insurance Ltd. reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
13. Employees of CG United Insurance Ltd. and other companies associated with the advertising and promotion of the contest are not eligible to enter. However, there are no restrictions on the entry of immediate family (spouse, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings and children) and household members of such employees.
14. CG United Insurance Ltd. will not be liable in the event that the winner is unable to travel during the required period and the prize tickets expire.
15. CG United Insurance Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice.
16. CG United Insurance Ltd. is not responsible for any inaccurate campaign information communicated by any third party.
17. CG United Insurance Ltd.’s decisions in respect of all matters in relation to this campaign will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
